About Allison

Allison Rittman is a Corporate Research Chef for Paradise. Specializing in culinary ideation and product development, Chef Allison has been working with Paradise for the past nine years. As Corporate Research Chef, she continues to assist Paradise customers create winning menu ideas and concepts that capitalize on the latest trends.

With over 20 years in the food industry, Chef Allison has experience with premiere manufacturers, fine dining restaurants and leading edge chains. She is one of the first women to become a Certified Research Chef. She is an active member of the RCA, ACF, IFT, International Chef’s Circle and Women’s Foodservice Forum. She has a Biological Sciences degree from the University of Iowa and a Culinary Arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America.

Allison currently resides in Austin, Texas and she enjoys traveling in the US and abroad to study local cuisines and cultures (as you’ll see is evident through her posts).
